It depends on scope. After a scoping conversation you get a written plan with a fixed price or a monthly rate, before any work starts. No open-ended invoices.
At the end of the first build cycle, two weeks in. From there you see progress at every demo, and you can change priorities between cycles.
Not at all. We explain decisions in plain language, walk you through every demo, and never assume you know the jargon.
Yes. Most of what we build connects to something that already exists: databases, ERPs, CRMs, payment systems, and third-party APIs. Our engineers can also work inside your team’s tools and process.
We choose AI providers and settings that don’t train on your data, keep sensitive information in systems you control wherever possible, and document exactly where data goes. Access rules and privacy are designed in from the start.
We can stay on for support and improvements under a plan that fits, or hand everything over to your team with documentation and a walkthrough. Your call.
